Selection Process:
1. Sign Up and Registration
- Potential mentors sign up and register their interest through our website (Mentoring For Youth)
- They provide basic information, such as name, email, and phone number, time zone, upload Resume, upload Introduction video, upload certificates, DBS or Police check
- They also create a username and password to access their mentor profile
2. Comprehensive Background Check
- We conduct thorough background checks, including DBS or Police checks and reference checks, ensuring the safety and well-being of our global youth
3. Reference Checks
- We contact candidates' references to verify their experience and character, ensuring they are trustworthy and reliable in a global digital context
4. Training and Orientation
- Successful candidates undergo training and orientation, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources to mentor effectively in a global digital environment.
